Grown in Senegal, by hand at an altitude of 200m.

This plant, native to Asia and Africa, has been a staple of African folklore since the 19th century.

It is because of its numerous health benefits and its tart taste that this flower is so highly prized. Found in different countries under various names (agua de Jamaica, bissap, hibiscus juice...), the benefits attributed to it, however, do not change.

This drink can be prepared in two ways: as a decoction (traditional method) or as an infusion. In both cases, sugar is added and it is generally enjoyed cold.

Recognized for its positive impact on cardiovascular well-being, Hibiscus contributes to the normal functioning of blood pressure.

une qualité exceptionnelle, des fleurs belle et bien sèches sans résidus poussiéreux ou d'insectes comme on peux souvent le voir, une superbe coloration immédiate lors de l'infusion gage de très bonne qualité. J'ai voyagé et retrouvé le goût typique du karkadé egyptien et du bissap sénégalais, agrémenté de gingembre, de citron vert et de feuilles de menthe bien fraiche, détente au paradis
