According to Wikipedia "Mountains cover more than 60% of the country, and 62 peaks rise above 3,000 m." Of course, for the residents of this island nation, this statistic must not be easy to live with every day, but for tea lovers like us, it helps explain a great deal why Taiwan is the home of Oolong tea.
